Well, you should put them in their place. Manipulate them a little bit and pretend to be annoying as well. If you do this they will know how you feel and shut up. Or you could sit down and talk to them :)

But to be honest, just slowly stop hanging out with them, or if they're trying to hangout with you, just be short with them and act not interested in the conversation. I know it's not as nice, but if you wanna do it a nice way just confront them about it and kindly ask them to stop hanging out with you.
The real question is what are they doing that's annoying you so much? Too touchy? Talk to much? Bug you about things all of the time?
Honestly, I don't have a perfect answer to this. It depends on what kind of annoying they're being. Good Luck.
