∙ 14y agoThere are two small groves underneath ur eyebrows if you press against those until it hurts then it releases morphine into your system. It works instantly as a pain killer when you get a headache.

If you cannot sleep well, try drinking some water. Just have a glass every 10 mins and you'll probably feel better.
