A good way to resolve this problem is throw self expression such as art, or writing short story's or pottery. But just talking to another person can make make a world of differents.

Eat well, take a multivitamin every day (but don't obsess about it), get enough exercise (at least 30 minutes of brisk walking 4 times a week), and interact with other people. Join a club, take up a hobby, get a pet. Don't forget to allow yourself some down time. Meditation is helpful. (Some of us consider it to be essential.)

You can develop good health by:

  • Eating a balanced diet
  • Exercising every day
  • Sleeping properly
  • Socializing
  • Sticking to a routine
  • Sticking to medicines

However it can vary greatly depending on your lifestyle or mental health problem; for example eating well is irrelevant if you are bulemic. The general idea is balance- not drinking too much, not sleeping too much and so on. When it comes to relationships, I recommend always trying to be assertive to aid good mental health.
