Wow, big question. I am not a doctor, but have read a fair amount. I would list these: Quality of air, quality of water, quality of food -- all three free of chemicals, pollution, or man-made substances. Air is the hardest to control, because it depends on where you live and work. Regarding food, free of preservatives, pesticides, insecticides, etc. Mercury in your teeth fillings has toxic effects. Anything that you apply to your body, hair, or skin should be checked for harmful chemicals (you will need to read to find out which harmful chemicals are still allowed by the governing authorities). Aerobic exercise is important for keeping the body functioning properly. Mental activity stimulates good health. Relationships can have a big affect on health, both good or bad. One relationship in particular is worth considering... Being forgiven of one's sin through Jesus Christ, and therefore being at peace with God, and assured of eternal life.
