∙ 13y agoProbably muscle strain and/or fatigue. Simply doing light stretches should bring down the pain, also drink lots of water and use a heating pad. If it continues, I would get it checked by a doctor to be safe.

∙ 11y agoThe symptoms that you describe could be caused by a number of ailments, including appendicitis, which would definitely require medical treatment. I recommend that you get a medical examination immediately.
