I have a small lump on each side of my head behind my ear a bit but they can move. I went to see a doctor and he said this could be an effect from getting a sickness you know swollen limphnotes. He said to keep checking on them and if they grow or spread then there may be concerns. So I would go get them checked and keep an eye on them but dont be too worried.
