∙ 9y agoThere are various reasons these lumps may appear including minor infections and rashes. If it grows larger, changes color, or becomes painful you may to get it checked out.

the cam closest to the front of the van there will be a little bump if the back cover is dirty u will have to clean it in order to see it it should be at about 1:00 and there is a small dimple on the cam sprocket line the two up then on the back cam sprocket the bump is at the same 11:00 it really hard to see after u get those lined up down at the bottom on the crankshaft sprocket u will see the dimple on the sprocket line it up will the mark at 5:00 it looks like a small cut in the end of the half moon housing then the marks on the belt should line up perfect hope this helps
