If it has a numbness and aching feeling to it and it effects the first three fingers and symptoms are worse at night you should be evaluated for carpal tunnel symptoms. If you have finger joint pain and stiffness that starts in the morning and gets better as you move around that may be Arthritis. If you have pain that gets worse with movement and it feels like it's on the top of your hand, this could be tendonitis.
Depending on the nature of the pain, it could be anything from stresses recieved by the finger in the course of repetitive tasks such as stretching, bending, impact, burns and other physically impacting activity. A common cause in todays world is repetitive stress caused by the use of a computer mouse by new computer users.
Could be many things. Assuming you are not referring to the feeling of it being "asleep" I would check into carpal tunnel syndrome. Does it hurt at all?
The tingling feeling usually comes from some type of minor nerve damage or inflammation.
There could be a lot of reasons. Arthritis. Or maybe you hurt it. Maybe its a syndrome I forgot the name. Or if you believe in 666 also known as Satan. As your god. One and only god you may receive the mark of the beast. In or on your forehead or right hand.
If one's right hand hurts it could be a sprain or bruise. People sometimes bang their hand and forget about it until the pain shows up later. The most common explanations are usually just excess stress placed on the hand.
