Yes, it is possible. This is because condoms are not 100% effective. Condoms can break as well as possibly having small wholes in them. According to a study done (see the related link below for details) out of 100 women, 14 got pregnant with "typical" use of a condom. Out of 100 women, 3 got pregnant with "perfect use" of a condom.

Longer answer: There are variables to consider.
Since sperm requires a particular environment in order to sustain itself, it will die quicker if it is outside of that environment (human body). Therefore, in order to successfully inseminate a female, the sperm would need to be released into the vaginal canal as quickly as possible after ejaculation for optimal results to be obtained.
Two other factors influencing success rate are:
1. the presence or absence of a spermicide on the condom (and then, if present, whether contact was made with the sperm) and
2. The fertility level (sperm count) & motility (rate & accuracy of movement) of the sperm itself.
As an added note to this topic: It is never advised to utilize sperm from an unknowing donor for any reason, least of all for impregnating oneself. In addition, since biological material can be traced to a certain extent via chromosomes, there are standing arguments that it could reasonably be categorized as an item obtained from theft. Now, although discarded material is considered 'abandoned' by current laws, the judicial standings in similar cases are quickly proving that possession is NOT 9/10ths of the law (as popular belief may have you think!)
