and Some hu are 16 are still in there B Cup, some women dont even grow that big
My friend is 13 and she is a 38C . And at schoool alot of boys stare at her.

Whether you do or not, just think about this: how much does it matter to you how large a guy's penis is? Your bust size matters exactly as much to guys. Yes, usually that's "it doesn't matter at all".

∙ 12y agoIt depends on the size of the 14 year old girl in question. Some girls reach maturity sooner than others, and by the age of 14 may have womanly curves and well developed breasts.
Whereas others may still have girlish figures at the age of 14 and small breasts. They may not develop fully for a few more years. It depends on influences such as the age at which the girl starts puberty, her general physical build, and how active her hormones are. There is no right or wrong way to be, it is very much an individual thing from girl to girl, woman to woman. But there is plenty of evidence to show that girls are maturing sexually (and bodily) a good few years earlier nowadays, than they were 40 or 50 years ago.
A size 36 inch bra refers to the measurement around the bust. The "D" refers to the cup size. A size 36 would be regarded as average for a grown woman. The cup size "D" would be regarded as larger than average. Average size would probably be a "B" or perhaps a "C" cup. It seems to be the case that women's breast sizes in the "developed world" (pardon the pun!) have got larger in the last 40 years.
