I am 11, I Have a boyfriend if your Parents are okay with it YES. My parents are okay with it. But at 11 the most you could do is Kiss,Hug,Hold Hands, etc.

At age 11 you don't really need a boyfriend, it's always best at this time to remain independent, and keep advancing on getting more friends in general. I am 11 and I know just how you feel. My best friend has got a boyfriend and it makes me feel really left out. They are nearly always together and she hardly spends any time with me any more. I just want people to know that you should be able to have a boyfriend at any age. Later she is going shopping with him and another 11 year old couple. People who are not 11 do not know what its like to want a boyfriend, it is like she isn't even my friend anymore. I want my old best friend back or to have a boyfriend of my own.

I am eleven and I've got a crush on this boy and I think he likes me too. My best friend is always asking boys out in our year (year 7) and she gets loads of boyfriends. I used to get boys all the time but since last march in year 6 I gave up boys for the rest of the year (until september). Since then my crush is the only person who's shown the slightesed bit of intrest in me in that way. We exganged numbers but I'm not sure who's going to break the ice. All of my friends have a boyfriend. You shouldn't really need one at 11, but if you really like this guy, follow these steps.

1. If you think you know the guy, think harder. Are you positive? If not try and find out more about him. Does he like girls who wear a lot of makeup or just a bit, or none at all? Does he like shy girls or open girls? Try and relate to these answers. This does not mean be fake. If he likes shy girls and you are open, you cant suddenly go shy.

2. Never plaster yourself with too much makeup, unless the guy you fancy is action man and you want to be barbie.

3. As well as being the same as him, like tip 1 be different.

4. If nothing goes to plan, just ask him out.

No I wouldn't have a serious relationship at age 11, because if you get to serious then when something goes wrong it's going to be worse on you. Also because your 11 you shouldn't be having serious relationships til your in at least 9th grade even then that's to young. So no I would just have a "regular relationship" other than a "serious relationship"

If you are asking if it ok to have a boyfriend at age nine, than no. It is not illegal or anythimg but at that young of an age, it seems ridiculous. If anything i would wait until you are at least a teenager
