Usually about 6-11 per night, depending on the individual. You will know how much sleep you need by how many hours you will sleep if you are not woken.
As a 15 year old i get about 5-6 hours of sleep. That's long for me but i also sleep at school. Yes i know its bad but im home schooled. 6-11 hours is way to long for any 15 year old.
They need about 8-10 hours of sleep. If you do not sleep enough, your body will not develop. You will also experience mood changes and also possibly not be alert at school. I suggest that a 15 year old boy get 8-10 hours sleep, and he will be more alert and also grow to your full capacity.
Ideally 15 year old girls and boys need on average 8.75 hours a night. We should try not to vary that by more than an hour. In other words, we (adults included) should go to bed and wake up around the same time every day and not vary it by more than hour. Not easy with early start times of high schools!
A 15 year old should get at least 9- 12 hours depending on what time you go to sleep
The amount of sleep that a 15 year old should get is between 8.5 and 9.5 hours. This is slightly more than an adult who should get at least 8 hours of sleep.
it would be best if he/she could sleep in a little bit. like 8-10 hours. That's what i heard on the news.... :)
Anywhere from 7 to 8 and a half hours.

if you mean how many hours you should sleep in a year it would be 3,650 hours of sleep for a regular year not a leap year
