no ur not fat im 12 i weigh more than u just 2 say im 12 and a girl people say 1/3 of my body mass is my 'chest area' lol theyr massive ANYWAY muscles weigh more than fat and i would know everyone says i have massive arms and legs for the reason that im strong (not meaning 2 brag but i am) if ur really worried about your weight, talk 2 your parents or someone you trust i bet im a lot bigger than u or who ur talking about its good to have a bit of meat on ur bones anyway
hello! well I'm 158 cms in height and I weigh 59/60kgs and I'm nearly 14!.. 11 days!! :) so I dunno maybe you have heavy bones?! do you exercise regularly? if you do then you should be loosing weight/ keeping fit, if you're eating healthy and being active all the time then you probably shouldn't be 95kg... i think maybe joining a team sport could help, going for a jog, don't worry about what people think... get out there and go for it girl!!! believe me it feels reall good to exercise. i'm sorry to say but 95 is a little over the average weight for a 14 year old girl, just eat healthy and do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. get your parents/guardians to help you, some gyms even let 14 year old girls get a gym membership, you could get a personal trainer and watch the kilos drop off. and you will look and feel great. do it before it's too late, take control of your life and work it sista!! good luck xxx :)
Not really good, my dear. Usually girls with 157cm height; they are weighed from 40-50kg. As for 55 kilos, I'm not really sure but I don't think it's good. My daughter is 13 year old this year too; and her height is 155(shorter thn you by 2cm). Her weight is 43kg. So maybe right now you can eat more healthier foods(like fruits, food that gives you protein) but don't eat too much as they will lead you to obesity. Food that gives you protein will help you to grow taller. Try not to eat too much oily food like fast food because even though they enhace your taste they can cause you obesity too.
