How long does it take for heroin to get out of your system for a drug screening?

I had to get urine tests done once a month when i first started the methadone program. The first few months i slipped and i used a few times. The doctor told me that it takes anywhere from 24hours to 4 days to have heroin leave your system. A guy i met at the doctors office told me he drank a glass of vinegar the day before his appointment and the morning of his appointment and his urine came back clean. I tried this myself and it worked. You also have to drink ALOT of water. As much water as you can before your next urine test. Drugs tend to stay in my system longer than most people because i have type 1 Diabetes and htis vinegar worked for me so it sholuld work for you too. I know its gross but it works!!....good luck to you :)

: Ok i can understand that it might block it for the day of the drug test but does it keep you clean for the fallowing day because i dont know when my drug test is but i just want to be clan and no longer use and i know and heard that if you get past the physical withdrawals the rest is mental... so my ?? is after the night and next morning vinegar remedy are you clean for good? : God is Love : Meat..

1-2 days for non-habitual use.. Ive gotten it out in 35 hours by drinking alot of water.

Normally, it should definitely be out by day 4.
