The blood from the circulatory system goes into the kidneys from the renal vein and then into the kidneys and then the nephrons which filter the blood of all the bad stuff like urine and urea.

It isnt. The excretory system gets rid of metabolized byproducts from the blood. The digestive system put food for metabolism in the cells into the blood. The two systems are not directly related.
