Energy is stored in body in the form of Adinosine triphosphate(ATP). Main energy source is carbohydrate and fats.carbohydrate is consumed first and fat is deposited .so one can say that if he is eating both carbohydrate and fats together then fat9excess energy) will be stored in the form of free fatty acids lower the skin.

The body stores extra and un-used calories for future use for energy. After digestion, the calories are stored for about 36 to 48 hours in the liver. If they are not used up there, then they are transported and stored as fat cells.
