It is important to keep your eyes healthy because when age increases your eyes weaken if you haven't strengthened them at a young age. It is not good to have weak eyes because most of you know that we will have to wear very thick and ugly glasses or even become practically blind. Which, obviously, isn't a good effect. So keeping your eyes healthy is a very good thing, but, shame on me, I wear glasses.
