Not recommended. You should go to someone who's licensed, but if you can't for some reason then you can search YouTube. There should be plenty of videos on youtube showing how you can pierce your own septum.
I pierced mine and it came out just fine.
You cant pierce your nose with a nose ring.
Your nose needs to be pierced with a hollow needle. The hollow needle actually removes a tiny piece of skin to allow room for the ring. If you just shove a ring in your nose, you are putting a foreign object into a place where there is no room for it. It will cause problems and you will more than likely have to take it out.
You need to go to a professional piercer where he/she can use a sterile hollow needle. Your risks for problems such as irriation, infection and scarring are greatly reduced when you go to a professional. Unless you've had practice and know what you're doing, piercing your own nose could lead to damage of the tissues and a lot of pain and infection. Go to a professional.

That's not true. As long as it has a sharp point on the end, you can pierce it. I pierced my nose with the kind of earring that you pierce your ear with. I left it in for around 3 days, then switched it out with a nose stud. Just keep it clean, and use a 14ct gold stud in it. And when you're piercing it, put your finger on the inside so it doesn't poke the other side of your nose. :)

Get a hollow, sterile needle, sterile gloves, and an autoclave-cleaned ring if you insist on doing it on your own.
Do not pierce your nose with a Claire's ear-piercing ring from an earring gun.
A professional is your best bet, but I've done all three of my nose rings. One septum and two nostrils are what I've got, and I did it with a friend who's interested in piercing.
You would also need to educate yourself a little on where/how to pierce a nose before you did it.
And if you're not 18, it's probably not a very good idea.
Well , i have tried this before and would NOT recommend doing it yourself . I tried and it bled alot and hurt like hell . Have a friend do it for you its much easier . What we did was sterilize a sewing needle or safety pin , and push it through . Its not as hard or complicated as people make it seem . And DO NOT USE ICE ! It hardens your nose and makes it much more painful to peirce and it takes a whole lot longer .
ive known people to use a safety pin , however a belly button ring has a much larger gaugue to it wouldnt advise it , if you want to pierce your own buy a self piercing kit online make sure it has eveything you need for your bellybutton piercing. i igot mine pro done
