It is very important to talk to a therapist or a school counselor if you are still in school. Feelings are very hard to overcome - especially bad feelings that won't go away. Talking to a professional can help. Please know that you are a victim and you can move forward in life. The abuse does not define who you are - only you can. You can learn to manage feelings of anger, sadness, helplessness....you can learn to remember the memories less. There is ALWAYS hope and a way to move in the right direction. Believe in yourself and the power you have inside you to overcome the abuse. Good luck....

As far as I know, I have not encountered a another way to forget a bad experience, I only know that you should hit yourself with a hammer, forget everything, and move on with your life. (Do not try this at home)

You can forget painful memories by thinking about all the good times you had, talking about it to someone you know that you can trust, and/or do some yoga with relaxing music on.

How can you forget things you remember?

try to think other things in your mind apart the thing you want to forgot . While it is possible to block certain memories from one's consciousness, such forgetfulness comes at a cost. Other memories, perhaps lovely and precious memories, will be blocked along with the bad memories. Similarly, one can banish painful emotions such as grief and regret, but in the process become numb to joy and delight as well. The blocked memories and emotions remain within the subconscious (unconscious) mind, even when they are not easily available to the waking mind. They will continue to effect sleep and dreams, as well as daily moods and future relationships. Rather than trying to "forget" painful memories, one can face them directly with forgiveness, including self-forgiveness, understanding and acceptance. Professional therapy, as well as religious counsel, can be very helpful in this difficult process.
