There are numerous determining factors for how long drug toxins stay in a persons body. Although you should not try to cheat a drug test, you could drink a lot of water, exercise and use a dry sauna. If you are giving a urine sample, use the 2nd or 3rd urine of the day and don't use the initial drops of urine, use the urine midstream.

The residues of drugs can be found in small amounts in your finger and toe nails. Once the nail is created under the skin, it comes out to where you can see it, but by that time they are dead and the drug residues are sealed up in their fibers. Other than pulling out all of your nails, there is no way to change that drug residues are in your nails and in each of your hairs.

You might be able to shave your entire body so that no hair remains, but nails tell the true story. In fact, that is why drug testing of nails is popular . . . you can't fool it, and . . . the nail test can often detect drugs used as much as 8 months ago.
