If you know for sure that you are pregnant, it is probably not going to be your period, although some women have experienced a "first" period then learns a couple of weeks later that they really are pregnant. It is possible that it could be implantation bleeding caused by the fertilized egg to attach itself to the uterine wall. Or it could be a cervical change that can cause vaginal bleeding. Vaginal bleeding can also be a symptom of ectopic (tubal) pregnancy. Another cause for bleeding during pregnancy is a miscarriage although the first two reasons for bleeding are more common, it is still a good idea to contact your doctor as soon as you can.
There are many reasons why some women never have periods. Most are medical reasons that can be solved or at least the mystery can be. However, there are a few, like myself, who do not have any medical anomalies, who have children and who are perfectly normal. It runs in my family. I had a gynecologist who once told me that it was like I had evolved and that perhaps women in the future women would not have periods at all. I do ovulate.
Menstruation occurs because of a drop in the level of the hormone progesterone. Once an egg has been fertilized the level of progesterone stays high and does not drop unless the fetus is spontaneously aborted. The high progesterone level keeps the woman pregnant and keeps the lining of her uterus intact and not shedding as it would during menstruation. If a woman did have a full menstruation while pregnant the fetus would be aborted because it is implanted into the lining of the uterus.
Probably there is little fall in the hormonal level at first due date. Also that the zygote probably, does not occupy the complete cavity of the uterus. So the withdrawal type of blood comes out to give you false feeling of periods. This is very common in clinical practice.
Not all women have a uterus or ovaries in order to have a menstrual cycle. Some women may have genetic or other health conditions that prevent menstruation. Some women will have hysterectomies or use hormonal Birth Control to suppress their cycles.
When you become pregnant your ovaries stop making eggs, your period is triggered by unfertilized eggs.
its possible but not common
Not normally It is possible to have periods while pregnant.
Menstruation is the shedding of the lining of the uterus, which supports a fetus. When a woman is pregnant, she does not menstruate because she needs that lining to grow her child.
Some women have periods during pregnancy but it is uncommon. Best way to know is to take a Early Home pregnancy test.
They don't normally as there is no need for one-after all the only reason women have periods is so the egg can be fertilised but sometimes women go throughout their whole pregnancy having regular periods. Some women don't even know they are pregnant until they go into labour!

The female orgasm helps a woman getting pregnant but it is not needed so yes you can. Even raped women get pregnant.
Most women don't even know they are pregnant at that point. There should be very few symptoms of pregnancy if any, at only 2 weeks pregnant.
Not everyone does. Feel fortunate. Literally everyBODY is different. Some women don't have pregnancy symptoms at all. Some women even continue to have periods in the first few months of pregnancy. There IS a chance that the pregnancy test is wrong. I'm assuming you're using a home pregnancy test. If so, take another one in a few days. Then, of course, go see a doctor or a clinic to be sure.
All women are different. Some women with endometriosis will not have regular periods. However, there are also women with endometriosis that either have irregular periods, or even those that have very regular periods. If you think you may have endometriosis, see your OB GYN.
