In order to avoid having an unhealthy lifestyle, you must dedicate a good amount of time to nutrition and exercise. The healthiness of food and drink choices undoubtedly influences the shape ones body is in. For example, if an individual consumes foods that are high in calories regularly, they will have poor health because calories add up and contribute to obesity, Diabetes, heart attacks, and other negative conditions. In addition, because these foods do not contain essential vitamins which the body needs for strength, a person may not live as long as he or she should. In contrast, people who eat the recommended portions of food displayed on the food pyramid, such as fruits and grains, have a well-balanced diet, thus they intake all of the necessary materials which the body needs to thrive and remain healthy. You also must exercise regularly in order to have a healthy body. Exercise helps to circulate the blood and keep the physical condition of the body parts intact. For example, lifting weights at the gym will increase the strength of ones arms and allow this person to complete more tasks related to strength.
