You can't lose weight in just one place, it is called "spot reducing" and is impossible. You can lose weight all over and hopefully improve your situation. Many insurance companies offer breast reduction free of charge since it is considered problematic to have oversized breasts (causing back problems, etc).

Fat loss occurs by burning excess calories and controlling your calorie intake. The best way to burn large quantities of calories is by doing cardio. Ideally, you would build up to doing an hour of cardio a day, most days of the week. Strength training is also helpful by increasing your resting metabolism, which helps burn off excess calories. The same answer is true for all the problem areas: abs, butt, thigh, flapping arms, etc. You have to do the cardio to burn off the fat.

Short of Liposuction there's no way to target fat/weight loss. That'd be like trying to empty only one corner of a pool. You have to settle for the ol'fashioned approach of eating less/healthier,exercise, and losing a little all over.

There is no way to reduce fat from any one area of the body alone. This type of "Spot Reduction" is a myth. Your body loses fat from all areas of the body equally.

Doing chest exercises will firm and tone up the muscle under the fat, but has no direct effect on the fat itself.

General weight loss is the ONLY way to lose weight from any area of the body.

eat lean meats and almonds, also salads, make them taste good with some grilled chicken, pushups DO NOT HELP!!! do cardio exercises , but its easier said than done you might hear these tips a lot bit just DO IT!!! you should do interval training on cardio, go fast for 30 second and go slow for 30 seconds it wiil help you with mixing high and low intensity do some weight traning also your bones might become fragile from cardio exercises.

excersise and work out every day, and eat healthier and reduce your eating habits to three times a day if you dont do that already. A big reason people are fat or too fat is because they eat too much, or if they eat lots of junk food
