I've never heard of it, the only way I could think of it maybe possibly happening is if a guy had a prince albert that somehow lodged itself in your mouth during the middle of things. You could possibly contact HIV or other STD. It is very wise to know your partner very well or use condom.

The likeliness of someone dying from being hit in the throat is extremely rare, and in fact, may never happen. The throat is not connected to any vital organs, but all you would feel is pain. You cannot die from getting hit in the throat.

However, if by throat you meant the front part of the neck, then yes, you could possibly die. It would just involve a powerful hit collapsing the inner walls of the neck (esophagus), which would ultimately stop you from breathing, and then eventually you die from suffocation.

A crushed or shattered larynx would also be a possible deadly injury.

I was playing around and I hit me friends elbow pretty hard and it hit my throat and I'm not having any pain really it just stung a little whenever it first happened and I'm 13 years old and I'm just scared.

Yes, there are people who have died of deep throating as a result of being chocked.
