Amphetamine can be accurately tested up to 72, and variations in time length are due to fluid consumption, intestinal acidity which will influence absorption. From what I've read, niacin is not reliable as an aid to pass a drug test, particularly amphetamine. The sure bet is to abstain for a period of 72+ hours and drink lots of fluids.

∙ 14y agoNo. First, niacin is supposed to be for THC, not meth; second, niacin doesn't work to clean THC out of anything; and third, as much niacin as you're apparently "supposed" to take to clean out the THC will ruin your liver, give you heart arrythmias, metabolic acidosis and hyperglycemia. Oh, and it's fairly easy to detect--specific gravity tests and pH tests will both detect it.
