Do all men produce pre ejaculatory fluids?

Most men pre-cum, some more than others. This is due to the fact that for a great majority of men, several minutes of sexual arousal are required before climax or orgasm (ejaculation) is reached. During those minutes, there is generation and secretion of pre-cum out of the meatus (the opening at the tip of the penis). The longer the orgasm is delayed, the greater is the amount of pre-cum generated and secreted. Since there is some sperm cells in pre-cum (although much less than in semen), pre-cum can make a female pregnant.

Yes. Most men precum without even realizing it. So while the withdrawal method might be better then nothing there is still a possibility of getting pregnant from pre-cum. Me and the guy I'm with use the withdrawal method. We also both know that there is always the possibility of pregnancy. It is the method that we still choose to use though. The fact is that premature ejaculation is a matter of whom you ask. It is a matter of the length of time before full satisfaction (orgasm) is achieved. For most women this is longer than the time for most men. Thus, men must consciously resist early orgasm in order to please his female partner. Most of the men I know want to satisfy their wives or lovers, thus they do withhold ejaculation until their partners are ready.
