yes; if you shave them most people wouldn't notice unless you tell them.

If you tweeze or wax them, the answer is yes and no. Sometimes tweezing a hair once is enough to keep it from ever growing back (trust me, I learned this the hard way) but repeated removal is usually the reason. Shaving doesn't usually result in permanent hair loss but because of the slow growth of eyebrow hair, it can take a very long time to grow back. Doctors are taught to never shave eyebrows because of the unpredictability of regrowth.

Whatever you shave,it will come back quicker.

You must use wax (the cheapest way) to remove it. You can also use laser or electrolysis if you have more money.

Shaving will not do anything.Especially for your facial hair. After you shave,your hair will become thicker and you don't want that on your face.

Facial hair does grow back on most people. Facial hair does grow at different rates and thicknesses for each person.
