Absolutely, most pain meds have severe side effects that include headaches and overall feeling unwell. once you have been taking them for s long enough time, you begin to experience what's called phantom pain. Its severe pain that your body creates for you to take more medication. They cause serious addition and far more harm then good. If you have a chance to stay off them, do it. Most problems can be relieved by physiotherapy and exercise. My advise, don't start taking them, you may never stop and before you know it, you're going to be on an episode of Intervention.
