As long as you have no opiates (heroin, morphine, hydrocodone, oxycodone, etc.) in your system at the time (at LEAST 48 hours without heroin), you can get high from snorting buprenorphine/naloxone. It may not work due to the naloxone, but I have seen it done successfully. Since you used to use heroin, it may not be very fufilling since it is not a full opiate agonist like heroin and morphine.

Subutex does not have naloxone in it and can be pretty immediate after last drug of choice.

Here is why you are supposed to dissolve suboxone under your tongue ONLY -- it will not work if it is used any other way (like snorting, swallowing, injecting, etc.).

Suboxone has 2 main ingredients: Naloxone and Buprenorphine. Buprenorphine is the "opioid" part. The other ingredient in Suboxone, Naloxone, is meant to block the effects of opioids that are in your system, (from drugs like morphine, codeine, vicodin, heroin, etc.). If Suboxone is injected, swallowed, or snorted, the Naloxone will block the effects of Buprenorphine, and instead it can actually cause withdrawal symptoms in a person who has an opioid addiction. When administered under the tongue as directed, Naloxone will not affect the actions of Buprenorphine, and as a result, it does what it is supposed to while also causing feelings of being "high" (if you are not already high or if you don't have a back-up of opioids already in your system). This is why you can actually become dependent on Suboxone itself if you take it regularly.

By the way, do NOT take Suboxone with any type of sedatives or benzos (i.e. Valium, Clonazapam, Xanax, etc.). Suboxone can already make you extremely drowsy and sluggish; but when combined, it is really dangerous.

If you have no tolerance to opiates please be very careful with subutex. i recommened starting off with a 2 mg line for a very blissful high. I have a high opiate tolerance, was used to taking 120 mg of oxy a day and an 8mg subutex makes me nod off for hours. no huge rush but an overall very pleasant warm cozy opiated effect.

You can, but you won't get high on it, since Suboxone contains an opiate blocker called naloxone.

Actually, Suboxone itself binds *very* strongly to the u-opioid receptor, more strongly than even naloxone, so additional opiate ingestion will likely have have little effect.

Yes, you can use heroin while you're on Suboxone. But there's no point in doing so, because you won't get high on it. Suboxone contains an opiate blocker called naloxone, which makes it impossible for you to get an opiate high.

yes, i snort methadone and it does give you a really decent high and last for at least an hour or two. you may feel a little nauseous but just make sure you eat because it will make you feel like you don't have an appetite. i recommend it, i love it.

No, or at least you shouldn't. If you take heroin then shortly after take Suboxone, it should put you into instant withdrawal from the Suboxone "kicking" the heroin molecules off of the opioid receptors. If you take Suboxone then shortly after take heroin, it should completely block the effects of the heroin.

Absolutely not.

S-TEX(This dumb site and censorship 🤬) is the one that gets you high.

Suboxone is an opioid ANTAGONIST, meaning it strips your opiate receptors of whatever heroin is attatched to them. If you abuse Suboxone, they send you into withdrawals.

You can break up and sniff S-TEx, but if you do more than a small corner, you will vomit the next morning, pretty heavily. As well as S-tex plateaus after a few times using it to get high, and it will stop working, taking more will not help.

S-tex =Subu

Suboxone blocks the opiate receptors in your brain so the heroin would have no effect.

Yes, even a small dose will block the high you normally get from heroin. Adding heroin to Suboxone can have a dangerous additive effect. Many people have died from trying to get high while on a replacement drug.

How do you keep from getting addicted to Suboxone?

It's very easy: YOU DON'T TAKE IT! Suboxone is for the treatment of opiate addiction. Suboxone is itself an opiate, but it doesn't get you high, so you can quit getting high without suffering painful withdrawal symptoms. For example, a heroin addict who wants to quit getting high can start taking Suboxone instead of heroin. The Suboxone will feed the heroin addict's physical need for opiates, without getting him high. In essence, the heroin addict trades in his heroin addiction for a Suboxone addiction. He takes Suboxone, and now he is addicted to Suboxone, instead of heroin. So, anyone who is using Suboxone the way it is meant to be used (for opiate addiction) is already addicted to opiates. He is addicted to the opiate heroin, and, as soon as he starts taking the Suboxone, he will be addicted to the Suboxone. So, if you are asking how to take Suboxone without getting addicted to it, then you obviously are not an opiate addict. You are obviously asking because you want to use it recreationally. Which is illegal.Furthermore, Suboxone is a very poor choice for a recreational drug. If it does cause a high for recreational users, I can't imagine that it would be a good high, since it is specifically designed not to get you high. Suboxone is made up of buprenorphine (the active ingredient) and naloxone, which is a partial opiate antagonist -- it blocks the opiate receptors in your brain, so you can't get an opiate high. The drug Subutex is just plain burprenorphine, without the naloxone. Since Subutex lacks the opiate blocker, it is possible to get some sort of high off of it. But again, I can't imagine that it would be a good high, like heroin or morphine or oxycodone.

Is this possible with out getting sick for me to Take a suboxone then stupidly try to get high from heroin then take another piece of suboxone because you feel rough?

No, you will get very sick.

Why you are still having cravings on 16mil suboxone?

Because Suboxone is well known as an ineffective treatment for addiction to heroin. Methadone is the preferred choice for addiction to heroin, I advise you ask your substance abuse professional to switch to methadone if you are still experiencing withdrawal symptoms.

Took one Suboxone at noon can I shoot heroin tomorrow?

Usually, after about 36 hours, you will be able to feel the heroin a little bit, but you won't be able to get a full-blown heroin high for about 48 to 72 hours. Since it seems that you aren't taking Suboxone regularly, however, the amount of time you have to wait will probably be a bit shorter.
