It depends. For many testing facilities, there is a mandate to test for specific drugs that reach a pedeterimed level in a subject's urine. If the level of drugs that appear in the urine does not reach the pre-determined level, then the results are deemed negative and the evidence is destroyed. The reason there is an allowable amount of trace drugs in the testing procedure is to account for situations such as swallowing bodily fluids from a drug user. The amount of drugs that would be passed on to another person through such an exchange would be minimal. Theoretically, the amount of say, cocaine a person would have to take to cause another person to register positive on a drug screening test (using the semen hypothet) would likely be fatal. In other words, for the body to metabolize enough drugs thorugh a person's system and then be excreted through urine, blood, semen, saliva, etc at levels to cause another to test positive, the initial user woujld have to ingest a fatal dose.

It doesn't. The THC(tetrahydrocannibol) is contained in the body fat, so swallowing the semen of a marijuana user has no effect on the person who doesn't use marijuana.
