I wouldn't think it will make you sick however you will start to have a shriveled look from water leaving your body cells due to osmosis which basically is the movement of water from a place with no sugars/solutes to a place that does have them eg the bath. Which is why people should always have a drink of water after a long bath to stop themslfs becoming dehydrated.
Also if you stay in there an exceptionally long time it may have some bad effects on your body cells as they will have all shrivled up.
Depends on how full the bath is and how long you shower.

I found a recipe calling for 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.
staying in the water too long can be a factor
You can take a bath if you are pregnant as long as the water does not exceed 98 degrees.
A long shower will take more water than a bath, but a bath will usually use more water than a short shower.

It depends how long it takes you to shower
Yes, but it will take an extremely long time to do so.
It all depends on where it is staying if it has enough sunlight or enough water.
If you were to stay in a bath for an extremely long time, your skin would prune up initially due to water absorption and then reach a point where it couldn't wrinkle any further due to the skin's physical limitations. Prolonged exposure to water can lead to issues like dehydration, so it's important to avoid staying in water for excessive periods of time.
