Yes, this should not provide any real harm to the woman. The woman may feel some extreme tenderness and may decide she doesn't like it because this can be painful during pregnancy (and after!). But other than that, there is not harm done. You may also encounter some lactation as well.

Answer:

As long as he can deal with his wife's mood swings, absolutely. Any type of sex is okay during pregnancy as long as your doctor tells you it's okay, and that typically applies to intercourse rather than oral stimulation, even up to the last month.

If you're wondering about breast milk, if it's good enough for smaller babies, it's good enough for bigger ones like husbands.

Answer:

In most cases - yes. However, if there are complications with the pregnancy breast play should stop until the issues resolve themselves or the child is born. This is because a hormone is released when the breasts/nipples are stimulated that can cause the cervix to open and uterus contract - it is called Oxytocin and while your body naturally produces it, it is also used to induce labor.

By default, you do not have to worry about it. Even if your colostrum comes in, it is ok. Your body will only produce the colostrum until the baby is born, leaving that beneficial substance available to them as well.

How long does your breast stay sore if your pregnant?

It itself I wouldn't rely on this as a pregnancy symptom. Breast tenderness does occur during pregnancy but it also occurs when your period is due or have just finished, when your bra is too tight or if pressure is applied to your breasts. Breasts are very sensitive. If your period fails to arrive then perform a pregnancy test.
