Should you swallow amoxicillin trihydrate and roxithromycin together with food?
Roxithromycin belong to macrolide group of antibiotic. (Other macrolides being erythromycin, clarithromycin and azithromycin.) They have better bioavailability on empty stomach. So roxthromycin should be taken one hour before food and amoxicillin should be taken after food and not together.
