Of course. I have stomach aches all the time when I'm nervous. Anxiety can even make you to have diarrhea. If you think that the main cause of your stomach to hurt is that your worrying the worst thing you can do is to keep worrying about. Just take some deep, no seriously it helps me all the time. In through your nose out through your mouth. Try to keep your self busy and distracted or if its really bad you can see a therapist. If you stomach aches persist for a long time or you get sharp or stabbing pains see a doctor. Hopefully this was helpful and didn't make your stomach hurt even more.

Yes, it can do. If it is causing you major problems I suggest speaking to the doctor about it. Severe stomach pain when stressed can be caused by conditions such as IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome).

It depends on the type of stomach pain. For example "butterflies in the stomach" is caused psychologically. If you have an upset stomach and are under a lot of stress, your stomach may be producing more acid than normal (because of elevated levels of cortisol), and if you have the bacteria that causes ulcers, that could cause the pain. Additionally, cortisol, a hormone released when under stress, is an immunosuppressant, meaning that it can lower the ability to fight off infection and opportunistic infections that would normally be "caught" by the immune system may gestate into a disease, which can also cause ulcers, and stomach pain due to enterobacteria, such as salmonella and e. coli, normally present in the digestive tract, which are usually strains that aren't infectious, may nonetheless contain very small amounts of infectious strains which would normally be controlled by your immune system, may be able to gestate into a disease if left unchecked due to high cortisol levels.

But the stress may not be causing the stomach pain, it just be a coincidence. It's also possible that something else is occurring the stomach pain is a secondary symptom. Nonetheless, you should see a doctor and get a doctor's opinion.

If you are the kind who sweats, shakes or gets lightheaded when you are nervous, at times you could get stomach discomfort enough leading to loose bowel, although it should not be hurting much, if that is the case it could be something else.
