Yes, in Islam, a husband can touch his wife's private parts and she also can touch his private parts including holding his penis. Oral sex is allowed between husband and wife. However, both partners, wife and husband, should be satisfied and enjoying and feeling pleasure. Nothing in the sex relation between wife and husband could be done without acceptance and satisfaction of both partners.

It is forbidden in Islam to make sex with wife through inserting the penis in her anus. Also not allowed to perform intercourse during wife menstruation.

Can a wife kiss her husband in private (when they are alone together, as opposed to out in public)? Yes; most wives probably do at some time or another.

Can a wife kiss her husband's privates (parts of his body that out in society would usually be hidden by his clothes)? If she wants to and if he wants her to.

There can be many reasons, like:

- she might not like the husband

- not in the mood as often as husband (very common with couples)

- There is something you need to talk about that husband has done or said that made her angry and she is waiting for him to apologise or bring it up thinking he knows what he did even though he might not.

- she has too many things on her mind that needs to be done so she can not relax. Helping her with the household and kids for instance can work wonders.

Either way is this something they need to talk about, either alone or in therapy.
