(best foods for a preganat woman hmmmmmmmmmmm........) !!!I would say for a pregnanat woman eat a lot of healthy foods so that your baby can stay healthy.So that when you give birth you would have a healthy baby oh and execise a lot and don't eat too much junk food like what my aunt did!!!!!!!

Hi,

Firstly, you have to know that it isn't necessary to eat for two while your are pregnant for example in the first trimestre you need to eat only 300 kcals than usually and the second and third only 400 !

You need to eat proteins, this is important for your baby's brain, fat is really important baby's organ and brain development as well but the good type of fat like oil, eggs, olive oil, coconuts oil and nuts !

Carbohydrates : Glucose is the primary energy source for the growing baby and one of the best sources for this is vegetables and fruits
