While pregnant or breastfeeding, you should not use drugs at all since it passes to the baby. Since it appears you have, though, confess to the doctor and do what you must to clear the baby's system. It isn't about you (besides your living long enough to raise this child)...it is about the healthy development of your child--emotional and behavioral. Switch to formula at least if you are going to continue with meth.
