A: There actually might be a way to get TM 28 Dig on Pokemon Emerald, but then again, there might not, because I'm not really sure, but it won't take much effort. If you go to the FOSSIL MANIAC'S HOUSE just outside of Fallarbor Town and go inside, there should be a little boy inside who is right next to the tunnel entrance where the FOSSIL MANIAC is. If you talk to him, then he should give you TM28 Dig. If he doesn't, then there isn't a way unless you trade from another game, such as Sapphire or Ruby Version, because I'm certain that TM28 Dig is in those games. But then again, you don't really need it if you want to raise a Pokemon that'll learn it eventually, like Trapinch or (maybe) Nincada.

∙ 14y agoYou get the TM 28(DIG) in Fallarbor Town.Go to the Fossil Hunter's house and talk to his pink-haired little brother.He will give you the TM 28 and then teach it to a compatible pokemon.BEWARE you can only get the TM 28 once unless you have a gameshark,clone it or get a code.
