∙ 14y agogo to the kanto radio tower & talk to the man in the brown suit he will give you the kanto radio card for your pokegear go to snorlax slide the circle through each of the stars & find the pokeflute play it the talk to snorlax

∙ 12y agoget the poke Flute after getting through the Pokemon tower and saving Mr. Fugi (i think that's his name) then talk to him in his house to get the poke flute then go "talk" to a snorlax and play the poke flute and he will wake up (he is level 30)
