Considering that the "Nervous Game" is a game usually played by teens and pre-teens, often with the express purpose of having an excuse to come in physical contact with another person, the answer is a probable yes. In the "Nervous Game", one person puts their hands on different parts of another's body--starting at their head and moving down their body--asking "are you nervous." You stop when the other person says yes.

The possible exceptions to the probability that the other person likes you would be if the person was straight and of the same gender as you, or if the game were performed as a dare, or if you were the instigator and the other person said they were nervous very early in the game.
