(I hope you get the picture, answers.com clearly does not) The PDQ is a temporary point of purchase (POP) display box developed by Walmart. This quote from an industry website that has to remain nameless (what is it with the filters on this site?):
"A PDQ Tray is any Counter Display that is ready 'out of the box' and can be put on display as soon as it is removed from the box it came in, with no assembly required. Store clerks and mangers are more likely to use a POP display if it is easy to assemble and easy to place... "
