You can find a pirate bag for candy wherever they sell halloween themed supplies. Try Walmart, Target, Amazon.com, or a party supply store. When we were kids, we just used a pillowcase.

If you are speaking of the franchised Chinese restaurant called "Super Bowl" I am sad to say there is not one in Calgary. If you are speaking of a "Super Bowl" themed restaurant I can not find a single listing for that either.
