This is a very difficult question to answer. The granular weight of dry ingredients vary. Also you must take into consideraion that items like nuts are larger so less will fit into the same space. a sultana is roughly the same size as a peanut and will fill the cup in a similar fashion but a peanut weighs more than a raisin.
