Practically speaking, it seems that as a general rule, it is best for female to be over the age of 13-15 and the male to have an age sort of close to the female's age before dating. What is sort of close? Well, that depends on the facts, and the facts depend on the situation and most of it depends on who is screaming and where they are screaming from. What state, what social class, and what group of people are listening. (Of course, I dont have an anwer; there is no answer for the question; I've done a fair job of pointing out some of the problems, in 500 words or fewer, however) SIDEPOINT: it's interesting that in about 1300 A.D., this age stuff was entirely diffierent. By the time a female was 11, she had lived at least 1/3 of her life. Of course, a 19 year old male was ancient by that time, also. By the time he was 30 he was aleady either dead or dying from starvation because his teeth had rotted out. Next, Zac Effron, or whatever, is a creation of modern marketing, digital reproduction and almost nothing in the real lives of real people. It is unlikly that he has the slightest interest in dating,nor going out with, the physical equivalent of a child in comparison to his borderline adult body.
