Why was Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide cancelled?

The verry last episode of Neds Declassified School Survival Guide is an hour long special about field trips. It is the last day of school and they go on a field trip to see the wild-boy and rose garden at some place. Cookie tries to stop art theives from stealing the precious Wild-Boy painting, Ned and Mose realize that they are in love with each other after Ned tries so desperately hard to get with Suzie, but lots of things happen to them, plus they all have to avoid every teacher shaporound on the trip because they didn't hand in their permission slips to go on the trip and they snuck on the bus. Meanwhile, Gordy, (as always) and all the other teachers who got left at the school on that day try to catch the notorious weasel and they end up ruining the whole school. (Walls are broken down.) But, at the very end the weasel ends up to be a girl weasel and gives birth to weasel-babies in a cabniet in Swenie's class. Then,. Gordy realizes that he can't kill them and the principal says they could stay as like, school pets or something.

Nickelodeon rarely provides reasons why they cancel their shows but, assuming it wasn't ended by its creators, presumably it was cancelled for the same reason all shows get cancelled, the ratings didn't justify the cost of making new episodes.

The real reason it ended because the actor who played ned didn't feel right about cookie Ned and moze should be in middle school forever and felt like they should be in high school because all of season 3 was just them still in middle school that was the real reason.

because Devon who played Ned on Ned's declassified wanted to take a more serious role and be taken as an adult and in all was getting to old to play the role of Ned on the show.
