No, Betty doesn't marry Daniel. However, her sister (Hilda) gets married to high school boyfriend Bobby and Betty moves to London to run a magazine! Daniel gives Mode to Wilhelmina and also moves to London. The last thing they say to each other (when they come across each other in London) is something like "if you're looking for something to do, I'm looking for an assistant" (says betty)
