Where is the real Alison on Pretty Little Liars?

Ali is in a mental hospital throughout Pretty Little Liars,until the last book when they find out that she was alive the whole time.
She is in a mental hospital because the night she disapered her twin sister with mental problems named Courtney came back to town and stole alis ring and pretended to be her when she was fighting with Spencer and the killer thought she was ali while ali was really inside telling her parents that she was ali when they thought she was Courtney and sent her back to the mental hospital.
As far as we all know she is dead.

Alison is totally not A. Remember it is never who they show it looks like. the antagonist is normally a character in drama shows that you don't pay much attention to. For example in season 1 you would have never thought Mona was A but she has the motives. You just need to think logically about it.

She is actually alive. The real Allison has a twin sister who was suppose to be sent to a mental hospital. Instead of the twin sister being sent, Allison was sent instead. So the twin sister is dead but Allison is not. I am assuming she is now out of the mental hospital.

Allison is hiding in a mental hospital being mistaken for Courtney. She escapes and kills Allison which is her twin Courtney. Courtney has been Allison the whole time trying to ruin the real Allison's life. So in revenge, Allison kidnaps and kills Courtney.
