Please Please Me was their first album, released on March 22, 1963 in the UK. (Ten of its fourteen songs were recorded on the same day.) An edited version was released in the US later that year, and retitled Introducing the Beatles.
Songs in this album included:
The very first was a cover of Buddy Holly's "That'll Be The Day", and an original song, "In Spite Of All The Danger", recorded in a "home studio" in Liverpool.
The first record they made that was released commercially was "My Bonnie" (backing singer Tony Sheridan), recorded in Hamburg, Germany and released on the German Polydor label.
They recorded a one-off single at a home studio in Liverpool, covering "That'll Be The Day" and backing it with their own "In Spite Of All The Danger", even before they adopted The Beatles name. Their first commercial single in England was "Love Me Do" b/w "P.S. I Love You".
The first single was the Black Dyke Mills Band, with "Thingumybob" (a Paul McCartney composition) and "Yellow Submarine". The first album was Mary Hopkin's Post Card, with songs produced by Paul McCartney, including the single "Those Were The Days", which became a worldwide hit.
The Black Dyke Mills Band, with "Thingumybob" (a Paul McCartney composition) and "Yellow Submarine" was the fourth release on the Apple Record label, designated Apple 4.
The first actual release on the Apple Label was the Beatles 'Hey Jude'. Although designated R 5722, this is called as the first release.
The first album to be released on the Apple Record label is George Harrison's 'Wonderwall Music' the soundtrack to the film Wonderwall. It was designated Apcor 1.
Mary Hopkin's Post Card was designated Apcor 5.
The Beatles were under contract with EMI, so in reality, any Beatles albums with the apple logo was really just cosmetic until Apple records reactivated in 1990 and the advent of CD releases, The first original Beatles album to sport the apple logos, was, "The Beatles", commonly known as the "White Album"
This is a slightly "grey" area; the first released recording of the Beatles was My Bonnie on Polydor (LPHM46612) where John, Paul and George, with Pete Best, backed Tony Sheridan. Whether you count that is up to you! Their first single as the Beatles was Love Me Do on Parlophone (R4949) backed with PS I Love You on 5th October 1962.

No. Richard Harris made the original recording.

The individual members did record, but the Beatles didn't record together after their breakup in 1969.
The Beatles made their first movie "A Hard Day's Night" in 1964.
The Silver Beatles made no records. Lennon, McCartney, Harrison and Stuart Sutcliffe made a home tape in about 1960, which included "Matchbox", "Hallelujah I Love Her So", and early versions of "One After 909" and "I'll Follow The Sun". This was later bootlegged. "Hallelujah" and an original instrumental called "Cayenne" were included on the first volume of The Beatles Anthology.
