If you're referring the first Christmas episode it was "Mother" but Marge dragged him away before it could be finished so instead it said "Moth".Bart had "Moth" inside a heart tattooed on his arm. It was supposed to be a gift for marge and say mother, but Marge caught him in the act before the tattoo could be completed. He subsequently had it removed.
She doesn't really have one as noted by the joke made when the character all said theirs and Marge said nothing. The closest thing she might have to one, is when she grumbles to herself (mmmmm), or the quiet 'ohh' when she sees the hopelessness of the situation.

the first thing he said was hello
Ay Caramba, after catching Homer and Marge in bed together.
He said that she said would want to lock Bart in a closet and turn him into a little piggie
