if you were to read the lyrics what he is basically saying is that some things in a persons life is all going wrong and no one will leave them alone so they start drinking and taking drugs, hints the part(...holidin on to the pill bottle lick my finger swirl it round the bottle to make sure i get all of it...) to ge trid of his pain. in the mist of this he is destructive to himself and kills people around him when he "blacks out" bascially eminem is a very diasturbed person to me, you see Mariah Carey made that song obsessed bout him....(hint: remember his video when he wore the same gray jacket and was dancing near the pictures on the wall!!!!)
Anne says ~ this song like many others , is due to the fact that when Proof died eminem became addicted to serial killer stories just listen to some of his other songs (Stay Wide, Awake Buffalo, BIll Music Box) you find hints to find out what serial killer hes singing about. He is not disturbed, Eminem is a genius. Yes he was addicted to drugs because of his depression but he got clean on his own so good for him, and the Mariah song her hook in this song was "See right through you like your bathing in windex" ya she is a credible witness.
